Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s running in education, social sciences, or a related field.
- Previous coursework or training in early childhood education, literacy, or mathematics is an asset.
- Proven experience in conducting surveys or assessments, particularly in the field of education.
- Familiarity with early-grade reading and mathematics assessment tools and methodologies.
- Competence in using electronic data collection tools and platforms.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with teachers, students, and other stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in English and Nepali both written and spoken.
Location:
- UWS Schools are in Nepal’s Sankhuwasabha, Gulmi, Taplejung, and Bhojpur districts.
Duration of Engagement:
- 30 to 35 days with training, data collection, and reporting period.
Remuneration:
- Gross NPR 55000
