Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Required).
  • Advanced degrees (MBA or Master’s in Finance) are advantageous but not required.

 

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, payroll management, or compensation roles.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in financial services or global corporations, will be highly regarded.
  • Exposure to international financial systems or working with multinational firms is a plus.

 

Skills:

  • Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (functions, pivot tables, financial modeling) and familiarity with ERP systems related to finance and stock plan administration.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy is crucial for stock plan and financial reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must, as you'll be liaising with US clients daily.
