Environment And social Risk Management (ESRM) Officer 

Required Experience and Qualification: A minimum of 4 years or above of relevant and progressive work experience in Environmental and Social Risk management with focus in integrating E&S considerations into Bank’s financing activities.

Candidates should have expertise in establishing applicable E&S requirements for clients such as complying with national E&S regulations and international standards, and be committed to improving the overall E&S performance of Bank’s portfolio through enhanced risk management in related field.

Candidates should also be capable to build capacity of Bank’s staffs to manage E&S risks. Candidates applying for the position must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management or equivalent degree from recognized University.

(Master’s Degree in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management or equivalent degree is preferred).

Applicants having Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is preferred.
