Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the MD.
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up on meetings, ensuring timely execution of decisions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintaining the company’s records including MD’s personnel files.
- Systematically file visiting cards and keep contacts record for efficient retrieval.
- Screen incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, providing timely and effective responses or directing them to the Managing Director.
- Ensure MD’s office is well equipped with all necessary stationery and office supplies.
- Proactively remind of pending tasks and meetings.
- Any other duties appropriate to the post or as assigned by the MD.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (more than 2 years of experience preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
