Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in management / law / Arts / related field
- Prior experience of conducting BOD meeting and drafting Minutes.Familiar with Nepali Legal Terminologies
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience in similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record keeping systems.
- Excellent English and Nepali communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent English and Nepali typing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
