Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain professional relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with various IT systems and software.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
