Job Description
- Organize and coordinate the day-to-day schedule, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Perform as a mediator between employees and respond to correspondence appropriately on his behalf.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, including reports, memos and letters.
- Maintain electronic and paper files and ensure they are updated regularly.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate4 effectively with other departments and external guests.
- Plan and coordinate events and conferences as required.
- Provide general administrative support, including taking phone calls, handling inquires and managing his calendar.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor level or more 1 year of experience in secretarial field (Corporate Sectors experience are more preferred).
- Strong knowledge of secretarial skills.
- Fluent in English and Nepali language, both verbal and written.
- Must be team player with a result – oriented mindset.
- Must have valid driving license with a vehicle.
- Must have excellent drafting, analytical, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality.
