Indreni Suites Hotel is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a leading luxury hotel, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional dining experience, and we are looking for an innovative, passionate, and highly skilled culinary leader to take charge of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
- Develop creative and seasonal menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences while ensuring profitability.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs, kitchen staff, and stewards to foster a positive and productive working environment.
- Manage food costs, control inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining exceptional quality and portion control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hygiene and sanitation standards, and maintain proper kitchen cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the F&B department to ensure alignment of kitchen operations with overall guest service objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate food quality, guest satisfaction, and kitchen performance to continuously improve service and operations.
- Stay up to date on culinary trends and techniques, incorporating innovative ideas into the kitchen.
- Work closely with suppliers to source the best quality ingredients while negotiating cost-effective deals.
- Plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized institution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Expertise in various cooking techniques, including international cuisines, with a focus on creativity and presentation.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Financial acumen with experience managing food costs, budgets, and labor schedules.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
