Education and Experience:
- Ph.D. in a relevant field and at least five years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of leading studies and research and in managing personnel.
- Good record of publications.
Knowledge and Skills: Excellent write up and communication skills, interpersonal and management skills, knowledge of securing research grants.
DURATION: Normally for two years, and subject to extension depending on the performance and the EC’s decision. Initial six months will be the probation period.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: The benefits shall include a basic salary, travel and daily subsistence allowance during travel on mission, insurance and contribution to social security (CIT). The basic salary shall be decided considering the candidate’s profile.
