Location: Central Office, Kathmandu Valley (Bhaktapur)

Salary: Up to NPR. 1,50,000 + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Lead company overall operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
•  Provide leadership for all departments and oversee provincial branches.
• Drive shareholder growth and goodwill initiatives.
• Ensure the agriculture sector’s potential is maximized, focusing on transformation and farmer empowerment.
•  Support documentation, investor engagement activities, and client presentations to facilitate financial growth. Participate in social initiatives organized by the company, including volunteering in community outreach and farmer support programs.

Eligibility:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Management, or Agriculture.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in a related field.
• Proven leadership skills and strategic planning capabilities.
