Qualification | Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Business Administration or Semi Qualified CA
- Professional Certifications such as CMA (Certified management Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are beneficial
- Experience cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Minimum 2 years of Proven Experience in similar field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop cost control strategies, regularly updating them based on changing conditions and past insights
- Identify new cost-saving opportunities by analyzing past trends and eliminating unnecessary
Or redundant expenses - Monitor and evaluate the progress of each SGIA team periodically, providing feedback from a cost analysis perspective
- Prepare the budget for CGIP units
- Compare actual factory overhead costs with the budget and provide recommendations for corrections
- Generate monthly performance reports focused on cost reduction
- Analyze scrap production and related sales
- Prepare the monthly SCM reports
- Conduct manpower cost and overtime analysis
- Review the ageing report and identify non-moving items
- Prepare the monthly corporate finance MOR for CGIP.
