Job Description
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various levels of hospitality
- Create and update training manuals, guides, and e-learning materials.
- Ensure training programs are aligned with the latest industry standards and company objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and approach Hospitality (F&B Service/Production and Housekeeping) Candidates from various accessible sources.
- Evaluate organizational performance to verify that training meets business needs and enhances performance.
- Evaluate trainees' abilities, performance, and productivity to find areas of supply.
- Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
- Analyze training outcomes and feedback to continuously improve training programs.
- Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes
- Implement innovative training techniques and tools to enhance learning experiences and report to senior management.
