Qualification | Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology
• Good Knowledge about analysis of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Microbiology
• Minimum 2 years of Experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP will be preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform raw material and sample analysis according to SOP and standards, and submit the QC analysis report to the relevant department within the specified time
• Prepare reports for acceptance or rejection of raw materials
• Oversee the storage management system implementation, collaborating with the store for FIFO system use for raw and packing materials
• Manage inventory, including glassware, lab equipment, and chemical usage
• Maintain breakdown and stock records as per SOP
• Ensure proper functioning of glassware and analytical instruments within the lab
• Inspect damaged or expire d goods, verify them, and prepare acceptance or rejection reports in accordance with SOP
• Ensure proper use of pesticides and rodenticides inside factory premises as per SOP and maintain written records
• Generate lab reports for raw materials and packing materials through SAP Quality modules
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the laboratory.
