Job Description:

• Providing informations about tour destinations
• Creating day-by-day itineraries personalized based on clients’ ages, interests, preferences and budgets
• Educating clients about safety and security while traveling
• Guiding clients about the travel documents
• Providing guides, maps, event calendars and other useful information to clients
• Following up with clients about travel plans and making adjustments as needed
• Assisting with reservations
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or similar field
• Experience in A certificate in travel agency
• Strong communication spoken and written English and sales skills 
• Familiarity with the latest travel trends, including new destinations and activities.
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel 
• Great sales and marketing ability.
