Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hospitality establishment, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and financial metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software.
