Job Description:
- Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed, greeted with eye contact and a smile, and promptly seated.
- Understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu and ability to recommend F&B combinations.
- Personal hygiene and presentation is a top notch.
- Have a professional attitude, pleasant personality, honesty, and punctuality.
- Record and manage restaurant table reservations and handle incoming calls during shifts.Be responsible for checking, refilling and cleaning of the Mini Bars.
- Take over duties from the previous shift.
- Attend briefing sessions prior to regular working hours, ensure a well-groomed appearance and equipped with essential operational tools such as bottle openers, pens, notepads, and matches.
- Engage guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Present the bills and receive payment correctly.
- Wish greetings to every guest when leaving and invite them to come again.
