Positions Overview: 
Innovate Nepal Group is hiring dedicated and enthusiastic lecturers for various courses, including English, Java, Computer and IT Applications, Business Mathematics, Legal Aspects of Business and Technology, .NET, Insurance, Finance and Entrepreneurship. These positions offer opportunities to educate and inspire students, preparing them for careers in their respective fields. Additionally, we are seeking an organized Academic Project Coordinator for our Management and IT programs to support project planning and execution.

 

A. Course – English

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
  • Planning and implementing curriculum that meets the academic needs of students at various proficiency levels.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and assessing student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and ensure consistency across courses.

 

B. Course – JAVA

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Java programming concepts and principles to undergraduate students, ensuring a thorough understanding of the language's syntax, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Develop and update curriculum to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance student learning and comprehension.
  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and demonstrations to enhance students' comprehension and practical skills in Java programming.

 

C. Course – Computer and IT Applications

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures, labs, and tutorials in computer applications and IT systems.
  • Design and update curriculum to incorporate current industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance student learning and proficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

 

D. Course – Business Mathematics

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical exercises in business mathematics.
  • Design and update curriculum to reflect current industry trends and practical applications in business.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to students to enhance their understanding and application of mathematical concepts in business scenarios.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

 

E. Course – Legal Aspects of Business and Technology

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures and seminars on legal principles relevant to business and technology.
  • Cover topics such as intellectual property law, contract law, privacy regulations, cybersecurity laws, and other legal issues affecting business operations in a technological context.
  • Design and update curriculum to reflect current legal developments and industry trends.
  • Facilitate discussions, case studies, and simulations to enhance understanding of legal concepts and their practical applications.

 

F. Course – .NET

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures, labs, and tutorials in .NET framework and related technologies.
  • Design and update curriculum to incorporate current industry practices and advancements in .NET development.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance student understanding and proficiency in .NET programming.

 

G. Course – Insurance

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures, seminars, and case studies on property and liability insurance.
  • Cover topics such as types of insurance coverage, policy provisions, risk assessment, claims management, and legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Design and update curriculum to reflect current industry standards, trends, and legal developments.
  • Facilitate discussions and simulations to enhance student understanding and application of insurance principles.

 

H. Course –Entrepreneurship

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and exercises on creative thinking and problem-solving techniques.
  • Introduce and explore methodologies such as design thinking, brainstorming, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages experimentation and risk-taking.
  • Incorporate real-world case studies and practical applications to enhance student understanding and skill development.

 

I. Course - Academic Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee academic projects, including curriculum development, student assessments, and program enhancements for the BBA and BCIS programs.
  • Collaborate with faculty, program directors, and stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

 

J. Course: Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate courses in Finance, including but not limited to Financial Management, Investments, Corporate Finance, and Financial Markets.
  • Develop and deliver course materials that engage students and foster an interactive learning environment.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of the Finance program.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic initiatives.
