Job Description:

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic cables and associated equipment.
• Conduct fiber splicing and testing to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optic networks, including signal loss and outages.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative measures on fiber installations.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs. 
• Collaborate with the engineering and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fiber optic technology.
• Design a new Optical fiber network and implementation.

Job Specification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in fiber optics is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance.
• Proficient in fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and two wheeler.
