Field Operation Officer

Women’s Rehabilitation Centre (WOREC)
Dhangadhi, Kailali, Nepal

Duty Station: Dhangadhi, Kailali with frequent field visit of Kanchanpur, Dang, Rupandehi and Kapilvastu.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in finance, human resources, logistics, or administration coordination position with progressive responsibilities.
  • Experience with an NGO and working with CBOs preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), information and budget management systems.
  • Required Languages – English proficiency preferred.
  • Travel – Must be willing and able to travel in the project areas up to 70%.

  • Good strategic, analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgment and decisions.
  • Good relations management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively
  • Ethical conduct in accordance with recognized professional and organizational codes of ethics
