Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, direct visits, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance sales growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, showcase products, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Customize sales presentations to suit the requirements of individual clients.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeline.
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share best practices and work closely with the team to achieve common objectives.
