Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience(preferred):

• Preferred experience in a customer-facing or field support role.
• Experience in product demonstrations or technical sales is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively describe product features and functionality.
• Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently.

Other Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to travel frequently, including to cities outside Kathmandu.
• Adaptable to dynamic schedules and work environments.
