Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies/Business administration/Business management with at least 3 years of professional experience in administration & finance department. Priorities shall be given to the candidates having experience in INGOs.
- Handful experience with FAMAS accounting software.
- In-depth understanding of bookkeeping, logistic management, administrative management & internal control systems.
- Hands-on experience in development sectors and familiarity with various donors’ rules and regulation
- Strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented and able to work and interpret figures and other financial information.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate a professional and objective perspective.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach to shift patterns and hours of work, ability to work flexible hours from time to time.
