- Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, reconciliation, and petty cash management.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with digital payment platforms, cloud -based accounting software, and project-based accounting is a plus.
Job Description:
- Generate and issue accurate, up-to-date sales bills using our designated cloud-based software.
- Record and maintain bank entries to ensure timely updates and accuracy.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions with thorough documentation and tracking.
- Conduct visits to the bank for petty cash withdrawals, ensuring adherence to company policies and proper documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify that all transactions are accurately reflected in our accounts.
- Organize and securely maintain physical records and documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing data for MIGO entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness in inventory and purchasing records.
