Key Responsibilities:
- Managing financial transactions, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, budgets, and financial reports.
- Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinating administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining office supplies.
- Providing logistical support for project activities, workshops, and events.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure project milestones are met effectively and efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree preferably with some experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field of an NGO or donor funded projects.
- Proven experience in financial management and administrative support, preferably in the context of research or development projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word and familiarity with accounting tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluency in English and Nepali languages is required.
Duration: Initially 3 months of probation period and likely to be extended based on scope of the project and available funding.
