• CA, ACCA or similar professional certification 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with progressive leadership experience; Prior experience of leading Accounts and Finance department preferred.
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices
• Coordinate with internal and external audits and liaise with auditors to facilitate the audit process.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
