Job Description:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department 
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed 
• Analyzing Costing of goods from time to time to ensure sustainable profitability 
• Physical verification of stock and reconciliation on predetermined intervals. 
• Ensuring Timely Bank Reconciliation 
• Processing Invoices 
• Timely preparation and submission of Vat Returns
• Timely entry in VAT Register 
• Checking Sales Price and Purchase Price, report if any discrepancies 
• Analyzing Customer and Vendor Aging, Receive Balance Confirmations 
• Preparing Vendor and Customer Reconciliation Statements 
• Assist in preparing year-end books for audit 
• Coordinating with Bank for documents submissions and other necessary tasks 
• Recording transactions from branches in Books of Accounts.

Job Specification:

• BBA/BBS passed or studying in the final year.
• Pleasant personality with basic knowledge of computer & sales process.
• Valid two-wheel motor vehicle driving license.
