Knowledge and Experience:

• MA/S or equivalent experience in finance, management, public administration or other relevant field.
• At least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience with positions of progressively greater responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, compliance and or designing and implementing local actors’ capacity building on financial management.
• Proven experience in working with national organizations in developing countries.
• Strong understanding of national organizations/NGOs financial management capacity strengthening methodologies, tools and best practices.
• History of working effectively and respectfully with national government, L/INGOs, contractors and other partners.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong computer literacy with a full knowledge of office applications and financial management applications.
• The ability to travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Travel Required: Yes/Frequent travel to Provinces/Districts.
