Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Analyze financial data, cashflow analysis, sales and client’s analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders (including the Board and Banks).
- Manage and update the Databook, CFO Report, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support with budget reshuffles and normalization of historical data.
- Support with holdings accounts cleanup, capex and fixed assets management.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Prepare and consolidate actuals reports for Global Holdings review
- Update forecasts for Global Budget Holders
- Update and manage the list of full-time equivalents (FTEs) for HR Controlling purposes.
- Calculate IT/Holding charges and perform monthly normalizations and be answerable to stakeholders regarding IT/Holding charges and cost allocation.
- Technical Skills & Tools:
- Utilize advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, Google Sheets, and ideally ETL, Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new FP&A tools and technologies (potential future task: support integration of a new FP&A tool).
Qualifications
- CFA/CA/ACCA/MBA with 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Financial Modelling Certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Query), Google Sheets (advanced) and presentation skills (PowerPoint, G-slides).
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, financial modeling software (advantage)
- Sharp, detail oriented, organized and committed to a high level of accuracy.
- Strong focus on customer service mindset with all stakeholders.
- Curious self-starter who consistently takes the initiative to address questions and build new processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
