THE WORK YOU’LL DO:
- Coordinate and assist franchise and all the departments including operation, marketing, finance and human resource.
- Collect facts and reports from all the departments on the completion of the task and share outcome and opportunities within the team.
- Collect franchise reports to assess job performance of each franchise and provide them with all support with what they need to be successful including but not limited to: offering assistance to questions and concerns; collecting and reviewing information to log as data; creating documents; research; and providing general support.
- Conduct monthly or quarterly meetings, video calls with each franchise owner at the scheduled call time. Complete all pre-work for the call agenda and follow-up responsibilities.
- Assist with the meeting and calls. Lead by the Founder + General Manger with the entire franchise team at the scheduled time. Complete all pre-work for the call agenda and follow-up responsibilities.
- Manage all franchise inquiries by collecting required information and scheduling a call with the Founder + General Manager once the checklist is completed.
- Assist in reviewing all FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) questions, concerns and keeping all franchises compliant and making sure all royalty fee and payments are being done in a timely manner.
- Assist each franchise with the Annual Guide & needs accordingly.
- Collect and report all franchise conflict, issues, concerns to Founder + General Manager and relay solutions to owners.
- Prepare for, oversee and assist with all operations with new franchisee leads and training as per the requirement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on executing marketing campaigns & local events & promotions that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Assist in all website customer service requests and needs from clients and directing those to the concerned team.
REPORTING RELATION:
The Franchise & Management Coordinator reports to General Manager. The Franchise & Management Coordinator is to work directly with each company franchisee and report to GM to receive solutions for market remedies. It is the primary focus to make sure each franchise is performing to their fullest potential by providing the support needed to do so.
