Qualifications:
- At least a +2 education (12th grade) required; Hotel Management education is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
- Strong working knowledge of online booking platforms (Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Agoda, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.

- Working Time: 7am to 3pm (female), 2pm to 10pm (male)
- Lunch will be provided by office.
