Front Desk Executive

Qualifications:

  • At least a +2 education (12th grade) required; Hotel Management education is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
  • Strong working knowledge of online booking platforms (Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Agoda, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.

 

Note: 

  • Working Time: 7am to 3pm (female), 2pm to 10pm (male)
  • Lunch will be provided by office.
