Job Description:
- Provide first-hand information to visitors and guide them to the concerned Personnel
- Maintain proper and detailed record of Visitors
- Communicate updates and information as received to the concerned department
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages and distribute them to the concerned Authority
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files.
