Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate front desk staff to maintain a high level of professionalism and service.
  • Ensure all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints are handled efficiently and courteously.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest details, payments, and room status.
  • Handle and resolve any guest issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, revenues, and operational efficiency for management review.
  • Monitor front desk budgets, control expenses, and assist with financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including safety and security protocols.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, supply orders, and equipment maintenance.
