Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, students, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage the front desk area by maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients and staff.
- Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information about our services and programs.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the team.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other office activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the consultancy.
Job Specification:
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain a calm demeanor in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
