- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve our sales strategies and customer service practices.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Job Specification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, articulate speaking voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
