Job Description:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve our sales strategies and customer service practices.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
 

Job Specification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, articulate speaking voice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
