- Day-to-day tasks, including handling front desk operations, providing excellent customer service and maintaining phone etiquette.
- Responsible for effective communication with customers.
- Answering calls, taking notes and conveying to the team.
- Provide visitors with an appropriate answer for all their inquiries.
- Handle filing and data entry as requested.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing & photocopying.

- Assistance to Business Head for Periodic report and review.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Minimun Bachelor in any stream.
