  • Answers phone calls courteously 
  • Responds to customer inquiries  
  • Handles client complaints  
  • Files documents

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer programs 
  • Ability to work with different groups of people    
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing  
  • Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies  
  • Advance MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot table 
  • Record all stock movement 
  • Hand on experience with accounting software like Tally 
  • Two Wheeler with license is must.
