Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Provide general information to clients about the services offered by AH&Z Associates.
  • Assist clients with initial inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Maintain client records and update databases.
  • Handle mail and courier services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist the administrative team with various tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Support the organization and coordination of company events, such as education fairs and open days.
