Job Description:
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate Desk
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct Desk
- Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems of Applications and Documents.
- Make Follow up calls and arrange meetings with clients.
- Handling phone, email, mail, or social media.
