Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out processes.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
- Receive and sort mail and parcels.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
