Job Description:
- Keep front desk presentable with all necessary materials.
- Greet and welcome international and national clients.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, expenses, and costs.
- Type documents, reports and correspondence.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence.
- Check, sort and forward emails.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Handling of booking schedule.
- Bookkeeping in accounting software.
- Integrating and coordinating all the staff.
