Job Description:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and are directed to the appropriate personnel or service.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and schedule appointments for consultations and meetings.
  • Assist clients with filling out forms, providing information about services, and answering general questions about immigration and education processes.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and update databases as required.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
