Job Description:
- Welcome visitors warmly by greeting them, whether in person or on the telephone.
- Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls, providing necessary information as required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers efficiently.
- Maintain client appointments and ensure appointment confirmations are made before scheduled treatment days.
- Manage appointment calendars and coordinate meetings/appointments.
- Perform various receptionist duties including filing, photocopying, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the reception area.
- Act as coordinator between customers and management teams, as well as among branch offices.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding products and services.
- Coordinate with all branches, departments, and external parties as necessary.
- Generate bills and receipts accurately and update the client register accordingly.
- Fill up and check client OPD cards daily, updating them as needed
- Provide daily sales, client & staff reports to the branch manager & relevant authorities.
Job Specification:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with clients' concerns or complaints.
- Knowledge or interest in health and wellness is a plus, but not required.
Note: Duty hour 9 -10 hour per day.
