- Proven work experience of 1 years as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in education consultancy is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle basic inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and schedule appointments for clients and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order supplies when necessary.
- Support other staff members with various tasks as needed.
