Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a customer service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
