Job Description:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding Study Abroad & Test Preparation Services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
- Manage and maintain client database and records.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents for immigration and education applications.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations of the front desk.
