Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of employee attendance and report any absences to the HR department
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
