- Bachelor's degree ( running or completed ) are prefered.
- At least 1-year experience in customer service/reception/call center
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali language
- Good-looking, smart, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Job Description:
- Excellent communication skills with a polite, interactive, and approaching tone
- Basic know-how of IT-related courses to solve students’ queries over the phone calls (Training will be provided for a couple of weeks)
- Basic knowledge of sales & marketing
- Problem-solving nature with a calm attitude to handle any type of student inquiries regarding the courses/services
- Dedicated to finishing the follow-up calls in a timely manner
- Highly motivated to convince students to visit the office for counseling
- Ability to handle student complaints in a professional & respectful manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and under pressure
- Build strong relationships to retain existing students by ensuring they are getting the best service. We believe retention of regular students brings potential new students
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude.
Note: This vacancy is for the morning shift 6 am to 11 am and day shift 11 am to 7 pm (Sunday to Friday).
