Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate person, take messages, and answer questions.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Maintain and update contact lists.
- Maintain stationeries and supplies by purchasing, receiving, and distributing them.
- Maintain smooth office operations by calling for repairs and maintenance.
- Make payment for internet and telephone bills for their uninterrupted service.
- Operate a range of office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and computers.
- Use word processing, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, memos, and documents.
- Perform data entry.
- File papers and documents
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Excellent language and communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Should be able to work comfortably with the team.
Education and Experience:
- Should have at least +2 passed.
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
- Should have at least 1 year of experience.
