Main Duties/Key Tasks:
- Greet, receive and direct patients
- Deal with general telephone enquiries
- Process appointment requests by patients, both in person and over the telephone
- File paperwork in the relevant patient file
- Input patient information on computer
- Email and photocopy as requested
- Be able to navigate correctly on Software & Web
- Have a working knowledge of the telephone system
- Can be able to handle cash on counters
- Have excellent coordinating & admin skills
- Fix duties of Front Desk Staff.
- Keep proper inventory of Administrative Supplies
- Coordinate with different department Supervisor and HR for meeting
- Monitoring of day to day activities of Clinic and report to Management.
- Check attendance of Shift staff and report to HR dept. if anybody is late.
Note:
- Bachelor degree with Minimum 2 Years of Experience in a reputed institution.
