Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing a team of front desk staff and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Train and mentor front office staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of front office operations, including financial transactions and guest information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to front office staff.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant computer programs.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
